Why Our Mission Matters

  • Underrepresentation in Leadership

    Women hold only 26.9% of executive positions in international sports federations, and just 24 out of 206 National Olympic Committees are chaired by women.

  • Coaching Disparities

    At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics, only 13% of coaches were women.

  • Administrative Gaps

    Women held only 65 of 382 athletic director or commissioner roles at NCAA Division I schools in 2023.

  • Officiating Challenges

    Despite progress, women remain significantly underrepresented in major league officiating positions.
